Green Street is a real estate investment company based out of Durham, NC. We serve homeowners in the greater Triangle area who are looking for solutions for their burdensome properties. The price we agree on is the amount you’ll receive at closing.
It depends on the situation. Our primary investment strategy is “value-add” so we often buy houses that need renovation work and are underutilized. We will add additional functionality such as more bedrooms, add units such as ADU’s or mother-in-law units, or turn oversized lots into duplexes. We keep some properties as rentals and re-sell some to other investor partners. We understand the housing shortage in the Triangle so are interested in adding more affordable housing supply to alleviate the pressure on middle and low income families.

We will make you a fair offer for your house, that will get you out of any difficult situation you may have found yourself in.
